Body Wrap Technicians

Responsible for wrapping and measuring clients, face taping, EB foot detox cleanses, excellent customer service (phone and in-person), selling packages and retail products, and assisting with spa operations.

Spa Helpers

Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of the spa, including preparing solution, maintaining wrap rooms, continuous laundry and bandage rolling, spa opening and closing, and basting and unwrapping clients

Spa Director/Assistant Director

Responsible for management of spa operations, including handling customer inquiries, staff training/scheduling/supervision, management reporting, inventory control, and filling in for any other spa positions when needed.

Receptionist/Greeter

Responsible for prompt and friendly greeting of clients, converting customer inquiries (phone and in-person) into client appointments, follow-up/reminder/maintenance phone calls, handling e-mail requests, filing, and maintaining reception area.
