Body wrap types
included in the package will be tailored by our expert staff to the individual
client needs, and can include one dream body lay down wrap for every 5 wraps
purchased. Packages Cannot Be Upgraded. 5, 10, 20 wrap packages can be shared
with immediate family.

Advertised
Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons.

In order
to provide the utmost service to our clients, we cannot guarantee
full services to clients who arrive 15 minutes or more later than their
scheduled appointment time.

Suddenly
Slimmer reserves the right to waive the guaranteed inch loss for people with
extremely toned, fit bodies or customers of 115 pounds (size 2) or less

A credit
card or gift certificate number is required for clients scheduling services
in order to reserve the materials and appointment time.

There is a 50%
charge for all appointment changes and cancellations that do not provide at
least 24 hours notice, and for all no-shows. Body wrap package customers
will have one service deducted from their package if they fail to cancel an appointment
at least 24 hours in advance. We hope that you understand that we will incur
material and employee costs even if you don’t show up.

If you book 2
or more appointments for the same day, we will charge 50% of the total sales
value to your credit card at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will
be charged at the time of the appointment.

Packages are
refundable within 30 days but will incur a 10% cancellation fee and
the full cost (no discounts) of services received will be deducted.
Tips are not refundable.

We do not offer
refunds on retail purchases of any kind. In-store credit may be given for
unopened products returned within 30 days, with a valid receipt and approval of
the manager on duty.

Dishonored
Checks will incur a $40 charge and should be repaid immediately. All
avenues of the law will be fully pursued to recover debts that are owed.

All packages
expire exactly one year from date of purchase. We encourage wraps be done
1-3 times per week until your goals are achieved, and then only maintenance
wraps are needed once every few months.

Gift
certificates are not refundable and expire exactly 1 year from purchase.
Gift certificates should be presented at the time of your appointment in order
to process payment. Gift certificates are non-transferable and cannot be
redeemed for cash.

Suddenly
Slimmer does not share any personal information. Personal information
discussed and measurements taken are kept confidential

Existing
customers that refer 4 new wrap customers will get 1 wrap free. The
person receiving referral credit must be a previous client at Suddenly
Slimmer. Clients may not cross reference each other. Referred clients must
write the name of the client referring them at the time of their first
appointment on the questionnaire form and this may not be changed afterwards

Gratuities are
gratefully accepted and are not included in pricing or specials.

Slimmer reserves the right to refuse service to any client.

Please refrain
from bringing children to the spa as there are no facilities to cater for
them, and it is disruptive to other clients
